Annmarie has been in the healthcare arena for over 25 years. First as an Athletic Therapist, then as a Physical Therapist and finally as a Physician Assistant. 
She has a thirst for knowledge and has accumulated over 500 hours in functional medicine training. In addition to having the Institute for Function Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) designation, Annmarie is certified in Pilates and Acupuncture (Canada). She has worked with clients from varying background and demographics, including world caliber athletes, olympians, professional sports teams and the world famous Cirque du Soleil. 
Annmarie is a lifelong learner, always seeking new educational opportunities, development of skills and professional growth. She is highly skilled at treating the root cause of hormonal imbalance by addressing the adrenal, thyroid and sex hormones. She utilizes Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement for women of all ages, as well as men. Annmarie has served as an instructor for other healthcare providers on the correct procedure for implanting hormone pellets.
As a Physical Therapist she has extensive background in orthopedic, neurological, chronic pain and fibromyalgia. She has trained in the Bredesen protocol for Alzheimer prevention (ReCode) and created a brain health program still utilized today by other functional medicine practices.
She has a keen interest in gastrointestinal health and how this interplays with other health systems including the role in autoimmune and allergic conditions.
Annmarie is very interested in identifying the optimal nutritional program for her clients needs and health conditions - especially in the area of cardiometabolic disease. 
Annmarie is a wife and mother of three active children. Her goal is to maintain a balance in her health, her families wellness and her clients needs. In her spare time she enjoys reading for pleasure, cooking and creating new recipes, volunteering in her community, an occasional Netflix binge and traveling with her family especially on road trips.

Pat Lotito is a Board Certified Family Medicine doctor who works as the Supervisory Physician to the practice.

Pat and Annmarie work very closely together to problem solve, research and develop individualized care plans to allow clients to meet their health and wellness goals. In addition to practicing at Paoli Family Medicine, Pat sees clients at Functional Medicine and Wellness.
